Activities, communications, milestones and participant data on one dashboard, with the full history kept for audits.
Automated case workflows
A rules engine and workflow service move routine steps along, and background jobs run scheduled tasks, which cuts caseworker workload.
Provider inspections app
Inspectors record visits on Android and Windows tablets on site, with QR code scanning and signature capture. The app keeps working offline and syncs later.
Attendance app
A companion mobile app records child attendance, scanning QR codes instead of collecting paper sign-in sheets.
Connected to state systems
Secure SFTP and file interfaces exchange data with state systems, so caseworkers do not key the same information twice.
CCDBG compliance
Checks and reports built around the federal Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) Act.
